We provide Service Contracts to our customers at a very reasonable rate. If you have a problem just once in the one to three-year period, depending on the time period you select, the Contract pays for itself. One can be purchased for almost every product we distribute or service.
All Contracts are renewable and transferable prior to the expiration date for a small fee. To renew coverage simply call the convenient toll-free service number.

Guidelines

• The price of the service contract is determined by the items you selected to cover, the overall condition of the item, the length of the contract and the original length of the manufacturer's warranty.
• Service contracts on multiple system orders can be initiated and again will be determined based on the items being covered, the overall condition of those items and the original length of the manufacturer's warranty. Each item will be listed separately for inventory purposes. Contact us at our toll-free number or email (see below), for assistance should you have a multiple system order with a service contract.
• Varitek, Inc. will determine the validation of all Service Contracts and reserves the right to reject, change or cancel any agreement that the company may deem to be illegal or harmful to its execution. In all cases, Varitek, Inc. will notify all parties in advance of any change that is made.
• Service Contracts may not provide on-site service in all circumstances, such as monitors and notebooks. These types of products require "board level" repair that is better done in a "lab" setting with specially trained technicians.
